ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Kate and I specialise in non-surgical face and body contouring.

I worked in the fitness industry for many years as a Personal Trainer, which I loved, but since lockdown hit I felt the industry had changed and I was looking for a new challenge. I still wanted to help people with their health and fitness but I wanted to do something a bit different.

Quite by chance I stumbled upon Colombian wood-therapy as I myself struggle with water-retention and was looking for a good massage to help fix it. I instantly fell in love with it and decided to learn how to do it myself. I then delved even deeper into lymphatic drainage massage and eventually gained qualifications in Colombian wood-therapy, Ultrasound Cavitation and Radio-Frequency Vacuum Therapy, and Manual lymphatic drainage massage (including post op massage).

These treatments combined, not only tackle water-retention, they also target stubborn fat such as cellulite and help to tighten skin and reduce the appearance of stretch marks.

I am constantly blown away with the results I get and my passion for the work I do grows stronger everyday. I absolutely love seeing the look on my clients faces when I finish a session and they have lovely flat stomachs and fresh, glowing skin.

I am not only helping people to look and feel better, I am helping them create a lifestyle change which means that they will go on to live happy, healthy lives.

I provide extensive aftercare for all my clients and help them with diet and exercise. I am proud to say that I've helped many ladies feel a lot more confident in their own skin without the need for expensive surgery or hours and hours in the gym. I'm also proud to say that I become good friends with my clients and thoroughly enjoy seeing them each week.

  • Will it hurt?
No, it will not physically hurt you, although some people find certain aspects of wood-therapy and vacuum therapy a little uncomfortable. Some people may bruise, but most don't. I would never continue a treatment with anyone if they found it too uncomfortable (thankfully this has never happened and most people leave feeling fantastic!)
  • How long does the butt-lift last?
I recommend a course of at least 5 treatments to see a noticeable difference in plumpness and reduction of cellulite. When combined with daily glute exercises and a good diet, results can last up to 6 months.
  • Can I go out after my treatment and drink alcohol?
Yes you can, although i'd rather you didn't. You are paying good money to get good results, and drinking alcohol straight after a treatment means your liver is going to be focusing on metabolising the alcohol in your system instead of getting rid of the fat cells we have just broken down. If you want the best results then I advise you to avoid alcohol for 72 hours after your treatment.
  • Can the fat cells come back?
Yes. We are not getting rid of the fat cells permanently, we are just emptying them out. If you do not eat healthily and exercise, the fat cells will build back up and you will put the weight back on.
  • Which treatments are safe for post-op?
Manual lymphatic drainage massages are very important for post-op. They should be started as soon as possible after your surgery to aid recovery and reduce fluid retention.
